Floor Arrangement with Oncidium at Kamaro'an

Before the Kamaro'an event, we arranged Oncidium orchids throughout the Taipei Daan space. The flowers interacted naturally with woven products, sunlight, and movement in the store.

Designing with the space

Yuty's arrangement used the height, curve, and lightness of Oncidium stems to soften corners and guide the eye. The flowers did not feel separate from the setting; they became part of the room.

Light and shadow

On the event day, sunlight passed through the windows and cast Oncidium shadows across the woven works. This created a quiet connection between plant material, craft, and daily life.

Why it mattered

The arrangement showed how Oncidium can support atmosphere, not only decoration. It gave us a clearer direction for presenting orchids in modern lifestyle spaces.
